These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website inkatech.co.za, our services, and your interactions with the Inkatech Facebook Page (together, the “Services”), operated by Inkatech (“we”, “us”), Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Inkatech designs, builds and maintains websites, client portals, business systems and related software, and provides AI-assisted tools. Free demos are provided for evaluation and remain our property until a project is agreed and paid for.

Quotes, orders & payment

  • Prices and specials are as quoted and may change until an order is confirmed.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit secures your start date, with the balance due on launch.
  • Annual fees (e.g. hosting and domain) recur yearly; the first year is included where stated.
  • Payments are processed securely by third parties (e.g. PayFast). We do not store your card details.
  • Warranties, returns, lay-by cancellations and deposits are covered in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy.

Facebook Page & automated replies

Our Facebook Page uses an automated assistant to help respond to public comments and to post conversation-starters. Automated responses are provided for general information and convenience, may not always be accurate, and do not form a binding agreement. For anything important, please confirm with us directly. You agree not to post unlawful, abusive or spam content on our Page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose. Content and materials on our website remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
